I've tried this product--for the first time-- for the last month. Although this product is not touted as a weight loss product, that's what happened for me--and I wasn't even trying! For the past 3 years, my weight hovered around 180. In the past month I've dropped 5 pounds. I realize that is not spectacular but I haven't been dieting. In fact, now that I'm playing more golf, I'm drinking more beer, smoking more cigars, and eating more pizza, than in the winter months. I consistently work out three times a week, so that hasn't changed. Perhaps my metabolism has speeded up--I really don't know. I feel good and look good (or so I'm told).I'm going to order a new batch of the stuff.

I've been using this for a couple weeks now, and have made some observations. When taking this product by itself, it doesn't seem as effective, but when stacked, it seems to work best. I have been stacking it with a dhea supplement and feel that the results thus far have been favorable. I have noticed a boost in energy (though not huge), a big improvement in mood and sense of well-being, and my workouts seem to be a bit more effective. I have not experienced any kind of adverse reactions so far. Everyone's chemical make-up is different, so results WILL vary.
